AuraCheck is operated by S.I.T. TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. You can request permanent account deletion using either option below.

In AuraCheck

Sign in, open your profile, select Privacy, and choose Delete account and photos. Read the confirmation before continuing. The app signs you out when deletion completes.

Without the app

Open our contact page below and use the listed email address to request “AuraCheck account deletion”. Include your Aura nickname and the email or sign-in method linked to your account. You do not need to reinstall AuraCheck.

We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting the account. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or private photos.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your active Aura profile, profile photo, stored looks and photos, cards, votes, friend connections, invitations, notification tokens, and Aura sign-in identity. This cannot be undone. It does not delete your Apple or Google account.

Operational backups and records required for security or legal obligations may remain outside the active service. Information about handling your data is in our Privacy Policy.
