AuraCheck Support
Quick help.
AuraCheck is designed around one private loop: choose a photo, ask your crew, receive the vote.
Sign-in
Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account: Apple on iPhone, Google, or email. AuraCheck never receives your Apple or Google password.
Crew invitations
Open Friends to find a completed profile by nickname, manage a pending request, or share an invitation link. Ask your friend to open the latest link and sign in with their own account.
Voting
Open Inbox or an Aura notification, view the look, and choose Keep, Skip, or Change. The sender can see the replies and make the final decision.
Notifications
Open your profile → Notifications → Open device settings. Allow notifications for AuraCheck in iPhone or Android settings. You can send a test notification from the app.
Delete your account
Open your profile → Privacy → Delete account and photos. Deletion is permanent and signs you out when complete. You can also request deletion through the Account and data deletion page below without installing the app.
